Outlined below is what is included within each service. 

 

Bronze

• Free Initial consultation visit to discuss the project.
• A proposals letter which outlines our discussion and confirms your brief and the cost for the service.
• Site survey which includes levels, details of soil, plants and other existing features. I will undertake this myself. However where the garden is large and more complex I will organise a surveyor, this cost would be agreed separately with the surveyor. 
• A draft plan for discussion.
• A finalised hand drawn plan of your garden drawn to scale.
• Specification drawing and list of materials, where required.

This service is best for clients who need a design however want to undertake the work themselves or instruct their own landscaper.

Silver

Bronze package with the following additions:

• A detailed scaled drawing of all planting borders indicating plants and their locations, sizes and numbers.

This service is best for clients who do not have a great knowledge of plants but want to know what to plant and where. The planting plans can also be used by landscapers to 'plant up' your garden.

Gold

Bronze and Silver packages with the following additions:

• As an alternative to using your own contractor, I can arrange for the construction and planting of your new garden through reputable contractors.
• Inspection and monitoring of the construction and planting where a contractor has been employed.  This will involve visiting the site to ensure that the work has been carried out to the specification, to approve materials and to solve problems that might arise during the contract.

This service is most appropriate for clients who have busy lives and who wish to ensure the design is implemented as specified and who wish the job managed professionally.
